The Jiuzhang 3.0 framework successfully evaluated 255 photons. It continues to break Gaussian Boson Sampling world speeds, evaluating computations billions of years faster than top classical supercomputers.
Derivation & Evidence
This is another flagship model, 'Jiuzhang 3.0', from Pan Jianwei's group, representing China's photonic quantum communication and computing technology. Astonishingly, it successfully emits and detects 255 photons (corresponding to the physical qubit concept) on a single system, maintaining an extreme sampling speed advantage that is exponentially faster than classical supercomputers.
